We may update the Website and these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

• it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Do not send highly sensitive data unless requested: To reduce risk, do not submit full sets of original identity documents or sensitive personal data through Website forms unless we specifically request them and provide a secure method.

8) No online payments / quotations

The Website does not process online payments. Any quotation, fee, timeline, or service scope communicated via the Website or email is indicative only until confirmed in a formal engagement/retainer arrangement.

The Website may include links to third-party websites or tools (e.g., platforms, agencies, resources). We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access them at your own risk.

6) เนื้อหาเว็บไซต์และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

เว้นแต่ระบุเป็นอย่างอื่น เนื้อหาเว็บไซต์ (ข้อความ ภาพ กราฟิก โลโก้ องค์ประกอบแบรนด์ เอกสาร/เทมเพลต และการออกแบบ) เป็นของหรือได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้โดย GENTLE LAW IBL และได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

ท่านอาจเข้าชม ดาวน์โหลด และพิมพ์เพื่อการใช้งาน ส่วนบุคคลและไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์ เท่านั้น ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง เผยแพร่ซ้ำ แจกจ่าย จำหน่าย หรือสร้างงานดัดแปลงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

7) ข้อมูลที่ท่านส่ง (ฟอร์ม/ข้อความ/การสอบถาม)

เมื่อท่านส่งข้อมูล ท่านรับรองว่า:

• ข้อมูลถูกต้องตามที่ท่านทราบ

• ท่านมีสิทธิส่งข้อมูลดังกล่าว

• ไม่ละเมิดกฎหมายหรือสิทธิของบุคคลที่สาม

โปรดอย่าส่งข้อมูลอ่อนไหวเกินจำเป็น: เพื่อลดความเสี่ยง โปรดอย่าส่งเอกสารยืนยันตัวตนชุดใหญ่หรือข้อมูลอ่อนไหวผ่านฟอร์มเว็บไซต์ เว้นแต่เราขอโดยเฉพาะและให้ช่องทางที่ปลอดภัย

8) ไม่มีระบบชำระเงินออนไลน์ / ใบเสนอราคา

ภายใต้ขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต:

• เราไม่รับผิดในความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายสืบเนื่อง ความเสียหายพิเศษ หรือค่าเสียหายเชิงลงโทษ และ

• ความรับผิดรวมสูงสุดของเราที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเว็บไซต์ จำกัดไว้ที่ 1,000 บาท หรือจำนวนขั้นต่ำที่กฎหมายกำหนด แล้วแต่จำนวนใดสูงกว่า

13) การชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย

ท่านตกลงชดใช้ความเสียหายให้เราในกรณีมีข้อเรียกร้อง/ความเสียหายจากการใช้งานเว็บไซต์โดยมิชอบ การละเมิดข้อกำหนด หรือการละเมิดสิทธิบุคคลที่สาม

14) กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและเขตอำนาจศาล

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมาย ประเทศไทย และข้อพิพาทให้อยู่ในอำนาจศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจใน กรุงเทพมหานคร เว้นแต่กฎหมายบังคับบัญชากำหนดเป็นอย่างอื่น

หากข้อกำหนดใดเป็นโมฆะหรือบังคับใช้ไม่ได้ ข้อกำหนดส่วนที่เหลือยังคงมีผล

17) ไม่เกิดความสัมพันธ์ทนายความ-ลูกความโดยอัตโนมัติ

การใช้เว็บไซต์ การอ่านเนื้อหา หรือการติดต่อผ่านเว็บไซต์ ไม่ ทำให้เกิดความสัมพันธ์ทนายความ-ลูกความ ความสัมพันธ์ดังกล่าวจะเกิดขึ้นต่อเมื่อ:

1. เรายืนยันรับงาน (รวมถึงตรวจความขัดกันแห่งผลประโยชน์เมื่อเกี่ยวข้อง) และ

2. มีการยอมรับข้อตกลงว่าจ้างเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

18) ไม่ใช่คำปรึกษากฎหมายเฉพาะกรณี
