GENTLE LAW IBL is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to improve user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility good practices.

1) Scope

This Accessibility Statement applies to:

Third-party content, embedded widgets, and external platforms (for example, social media platforms or third-party scheduling tools) may not fully comply with accessibility standards. Where feasible, we try to provide accessible alternatives.

2) Accessibility approach and reference standards

We aim to make our Website conform, as far as reasonably practicable, with:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) as a commonly used benchmark; and

  • applicable accessibility expectations under relevant laws in the jurisdictions where users may access the Website.

Because the Website is built and hosted on Wix, some accessibility features and limitations depend on Wix platform capabilities and templates.

3) Measures we take to support accessibility

We work to support accessibility through ongoing improvements such as:

  • using clear headings and page structure;

  • providing sufficient color contrast where feasible;

  • using descriptive link text;

  • enabling keyboard navigation for key interactions where feasible;

  • adding alternative text (alt text) for meaningful images where appropriate;
